Working with Alison Deyette in Canada was truly one of the highlights of our experience as the Moroccanoil Global Trend Team.

What I loved most about Alison was the way she made us feel from the very beginning. Her warm voice, her energy and the way she explains things create such a safe and encouraging space that you never feel judged or embarrassed—even when public speaking or being in front of the camera takes you completely outside your comfort zone.
And Alison doesn’t give up on you! She stays with you, encourages you, guides you, and keeps going until she sees that moment when you finally believe in yourself. She didn’t just want us to understand the techniques—she wanted us to truly feel confident using them. And that made all the difference.
For us, as members of the Moroccanoil Global Trend Team, communication is such an important part of what we do. We need to be able to stand in front of an audience or a camera and confidently share our knowledge, our experiences and everything we’ve learned throughout our careers. After more than 20 years in the hair industry, I still walked away from Alison’s training feeling that I had grown, learned something new and found even more confidence in my own voice.
Alison, thank you for your patience, your dedication, your kindness and for genuinely caring about each one of us. You have a beautiful way of bringing out the confidence in people without ever making them feel like they need to be someone they’re not.
I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to learn from you and I will carry so much of what you taught us into the next chapters of my career.
